- (a) Children of Shuhada, Deceased, or Disabled Ex-Service Personnel:
- Children who are sons or daughters of those who sacrificed their lives for the nation (Shuhada).
- Children of ex-service personnel who have passed away or are disabled due to their service.
- (b) Special/Disabled Children of Ex-Service Personnel:
- Special or disabled children of ex-service personnel, regardless of the cause of disability.

- Children of All Normal Ex-Service Personnel:

- Normal Ex-Servicemen: A maximum of three children can be awarded a stipend in a session.
- Shuhada, Disabled, and Deceased Ex-Servicemen: There is no restriction on the number of children eligible for stipends.
