This procedure is quite simple. You must follow a few steps. If you have received a money message from 8171, you have to go to your nearest HBL Bank ATM.

1. Scan Thumb: Find and choose the option on the ATM screen to scan your thumb (as shown in the picture).
2. Select Urdu Language: Pick the Urdu language option for easier understanding.
3. Main Menu: After selecting the language, you’ll see the Main Menu screen. Click on the BISP option.

5. Biometric Verification: Place only your thumb on the biometric device provided for verification.
