The Benazir Hunarmand Program is a flagship initiative by BISP (Benazir Income Support Programme) to uplift low-income families through free skill-building courses. Launched officially on June 21, 2025, this program equips beneficiaries—especially women and youth—with tools for independent earnings. Registration is now open via the online portal.
BISP has expanded beyond cash support to include skills training, empowering participants with sustainable income sources. The Benazir Hunarmand Program aligns with priorities announced by BISP Chairperson and President Zardari, reinforcing Benazir Bhutto’s vision of empowering marginalized communities.
