Option 1: Visit Benazir Office

1. Visit Benazir Office: If you are a woman benefiting from the Benazir income support, go to the Benazir office. Bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate and have it signed by their school teacher.
2. Get a Form: At the office, you’ll receive a form. Fill out the form and make sure the school teacher signs it.
